Full Service Planning

This package can vary greatly depending on the Bride & Groom’s needs. This service can begin anywhere from a year to three months before the wedding – it all depends on your time frame and the services you require.

A partial list of Full-Service Planning includes:

  • In-person planning meetings
  • Providing unlimited support via phone and email
  • Establishing and managing a planning timeline with periodic updates
  • Providing budget guidance and keeping track of expenses
  • Helping develop a wedding theme/style based on your personal taste
  • Selecting rental items to enhance decor design
  • Scouting and researching venue locations and vendors to fit your style and budget
  • Scheduling vendor meetings and negotiating contracts
  • Coordinating hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests
  • Helping with selection of paper goods such as save-the-dates, invitations, programs and escort cards
  • Assisting with wedding-related errands
  • Coordinating transportation

 

Month-of Management

This package is for the Bride & Groom who need a little help in tying up those loose ends before their wedding day. Most likely you have already chosen your venue, all or most of your vendors, have ideas and details you still wish to have, and you would prefer for someone else to take charge of putting together the timeline and coordinating all the vendors to make ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoying the company of family and friends 0n your wedding day.

A partial list of our Month-of Coordination includes:

Pre-wedding

  • Providing an initial consultation and up to two planning meetings with the bride and groom at least 8 weeks prior to the wedding day
  • Providing unlimited support via phone and email
  • Coordinating a planning meeting with the venue and the vendors
  • Establishing a detailed timeline and itinerary for the ceremony and reception
  • Providing point-of-contact support for all wedding vendors
  • Meeting with the reception venue for a final walk-through
  • Managing the rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Providing wedding-day coverage
  • On-site troubleshooting to ensure that the bride and groom are stress-free
  • Providing an “Emergency Kit” for the wedding day
  • Assisting in the delivery of the wedding day attire for the bride
  • Instructing the bridal party and immediate family on their wedding-day duties
  • Coordinating the delivery of the wedding day breakfast or lunch prior to the ceremony
  • Overseeing work by all wedding-day vendors
  • Supervising set-up of all decor items and event rental items
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors on the wedding day
  • Coordinating with the DJ or Band with timing and the execution of special announcements

Post-wedding

  • Coordinating transportation of gifts to predetermined location
  • Supervising event’s clean-up and break-down
  • Ensuring the return of rental items and supplies to appropriate vendors

Now all you need is for someone to make sure that all of your well laid plans become a reality so you can relax and spend your wedding day stress free, enjoying the company of family and friends.

Pink Weddings Prague offers an hourly rate for ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally with meetings with vendors, reviewing and negotiating contracts, organizing final gratuities & payments for select vendors, addressing envelopes, setting up decor, running errands, or just about anything else you may need to ensure that the planning process moves along smoothly.

Here’s a partial list of what we can do under our Hourly Consultation:

  • Planning wedding-related events such as bachelorette parties, bridal showers, golf outings for the groomsmen, rehearsal dinner, after-party, day-after wedding brunch
  • Providing personal assistance and errand services
  • Tracking guest RSVP’s to provide a final headcount
  • Helping with wedding related items such as welcome gifts, favors, invitations
